86 Spaces Llp is based at No 71 in the Lvs Arcade in Madhapur. Madhapur is always moving, and being in the arcade means we are right in the middle of all that energy. We deal with spaces, whether that’s for offices or other uses. Our daily routine involves a lot of showing people around and checking on different properties. The office is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of keys. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a magazine, but it works for what we need. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re a huge corporation. We’re just a local business helping people find a place to set up their own work. The streets around here are always crowded with tech workers and food stalls, so there is never a dull moment. We like the pace of things in Madhapur. It keeps us on our toes. Sometimes we have to deal with plumbing issues or electricity problems in the buildings we manage, so it’s not always glamorous. It’s just regular work that needs to get done. We’ve been at this spot for a bit and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners in the arcade pretty well. It feels like a little community inside a big city. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes in every day.
