Our small office is tucked away in Film Nagar at Lakshmi Nilayam, specifically in Flat F1 on Plot 29-B. It's a busy neighborhood but we’ve managed to stay here for quite a few years now. Doing construction work means we’re rarely sitting at our desks for long. Most of the time, the team is out at different sites making sure the foundations are right or checking on the masonry. It’s a lot of dust and noise, but that’s just how the job goes. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby with coffee machines. People just come by the flat if they want to talk about a project they’re planning. We’ve seen Film Nagar change quite a bit since we started, with new buildings popping up on every corner. Our crew is small and we’ve mostly learned everything on the job. We aren't big on using corporate words or having long meetings that don't go anywhere. We just look at the drawings and try to figure out the best way to get the walls up. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, or the materials show up late, but we just deal with it. It’s a simple operation where we focus on the bricks and mortar. We like keeping things local and straightforward without any of that marketing fluff you see online. It’s just us doing our work.
