Our office is located on the second floor of Emerald House, right on Sarojini Devi Road in Secunderabad. It's a well-known building in this part of Hyderabad, so it's not too hard to find us. We’ve been here at number 12 for a while now, managing different assets and keeping track of things from this central spot. Secunderabad has its own vibe compared to the newer parts of the city, and we like being in this area. The building is older but it serves us well for what we do. Usually, it's just the staff here going through files and making sure the numbers add up. We don't really do much in the way of big announcements or fancy meetings. It's more about the day-to-day work of looking after assets and handling the paperwork that comes with it. Sometimes the traffic on SD Road gets a bit much, especially in the evenings, but that's just how it is in this part of Telangana. We're on the second floor, so it’s a bit quieter away from the street noise. People stop by occasionally to discuss business, and we just sit down and talk. No big corporate speeches here, just regular work. We've gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood over the years. It’s a steady place to work, and we plan on staying put for the foreseeable future. We are just a local team doing our thing day in and day out.
