Our office for 360Digitmg Private Limited is near Thanda Khanamet Village in Madhapur. It’s tucked away a bit, so sometimes people have to call us for directions when they first come by. It’s a bit of a dusty walk from the main road. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We spend a lot of time looking at data and making sure the training modules are working right. We have a small pantry where we keep our lunch boxes. The vibe is pretty casual; we don't wear suits or anything like that. Usually, someone is playing music softly in the background. Madhapur is always growing, so there’s constant construction noise nearby. We’ve gotten used to it. We started this because we wanted a place where people could actually learn practical skills. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have some old chairs that are a bit squeaky and the desks are a bit cluttered with papers. We stay busy with the day-to-day stuff. Sometimes we stay late to finish up some work, and then we all go out for some street food nearby. It’s a hard-working group here. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. We just come in, do the work, and go home. It’s a real place with real people trying to make things work in the middle of all this Hyderabad heat.
