Our company, 20B Software Services Private Limited, is named after our location. We are in flat number 20B on Road Number 12 in the Mla Colony of Banjara Hills. It’s a well-known part of the city, but we are tucked away in a quiet residential corner. We focus on software services, which basically means we do whatever technical work comes through the door. It might be building a website one week and fixing a database the next. We don't have a big HR department or a floor full of managers. It’s just us programmers and a couple of people who handle the paperwork. We chose this spot because it’s central but doesn't feel like a sterile office park. There’s a lot of greenery around here, and it’s a nice change from the usual concrete. The office itself is pretty plain. We have some desks, plenty of power strips, and a fridge that’s usually full of water and snacks. We don't talk about innovation or changing the world. We just want to provide solid work that people can actually use. Sometimes we have meetings on the balcony when the weather is decent. It’s a relaxed place to work, and we think that helps us do better things than we would in a high-pressure corporate office. We’ve been here for a while now and it feels like the right fit for us.
