1Yearexp is located at 3 87 Hanuman Nagar in Hyderabad. It’s a typical neighborhood office. You can find us near the main road but far enough back that we don’t get all the dust from the cars. We’ve been in Andhra Pradesh—well, Telangana now—for a good while. The office is just a regular house that we use for business. It feels more comfortable than a cold office building. We have a few chairs for visitors and some desks for the staff. The fans are always running because the Hyderabad heat doesn't really let up. We do a lot of paperwork and digital stuff here. It's nothing too exciting to look at. We started this because there was a need for it in this part of town. We don't spend money on big advertisements or anything like that. People mostly hear about us from their friends or neighbors. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We show up in the morning, drink some coffee, and get to work. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just have to wait it out. That's just how it goes sometimes. We don't have any big titles or complicated hierarchies. Everyone knows what they have to do. It’s a small, honest operation in a busy city. We are just glad to have a roof over our heads and work to do. We keep the gate shut when it rains.
