Our address is a bit unique because we are located care of Professor K. Mukkanti at the JNTU Staff Quarters. Specifically, we are in A2/12 in the K.P.H.B. Colony area of Hyderabad-85. It’s a residential academic environment, which makes it feel much different from a standard industrial park. The colony is full of trees and the buildings are all part of the university staff housing. Sri Chekra Cement Ltd operates from this spot, and it’s a quiet place to handle business. We don’t have a big storefront or a showroom. It’s more of an administrative setup where we can focus on the details without a lot of noise. The quarters are built in a sturdy, old-fashioned way. We have a desk near the window where you can see people walking through the colony. It’s a very peaceful atmosphere compared to the rest of Hyderabad. We spend our days going through accounts and making sure the logistics are handled. The neighbors are mostly teachers and university staff, so it’s a very polite neighborhood. We don’t have many visitors except for the occasional delivery or a colleague dropping by. It’s a simple and effective way for us to stay organized. We like being in K.P.H.B. Colony because everything is well-connected but still feels a bit removed from the chaos of the city. We just do our work and keep things tidy in the office.
