Ncl Industries Ltd

Our Miyapur office for Ncl Industries Ltd is inside the Little Rock Apartment building. We’re in Flat No 302. It’s a bit different working out of an apartment, but it actually works out quite well for us. It’s a lot more comfortable than a cold office building. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make coffee, and the main living area is where the desks are set up. It’s a quiet building for the most part, except when the neighbors are moving furniture or something. Hyderabad is growing so fast, and Miyapur has become such a hub, so being here makes sense. We don't have a big lobby or a security guard at the door, just the usual apartment entrance. You just take the stairs or the lift up to the third floor. It’s a simple, straightforward workspace. We handle various tasks here, mostly administrative stuff and keeping track of local projects. The team is small, just a couple of people who have been with the company for a while. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. It’s just a practical place to put in our hours and keep the business moving. If you happen to visit, it’s just a regular door with a small nameplate. It feels more like a small family business than anything else. We just do what we need to do and go home.
