We operate out of an apartment unit here in Hyderabad. It is Flat No. 506 in the Sri Manu Ashraya Apartments, located in Maheshnagar, Kapra. Using an apartment as an office space keeps things quiet and focused for us. M. Sanjeeva Rao is usually the one you will find here handling the day-to-day tasks. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is being slow, but the view from the fifth floor isn't bad at all. We handle a lot of the administrative side for the cement business from this location. It is mostly paperwork, phone calls, and keeping the records straight for the Andhra Pradesh region. Kapra is a nice enough area, not as hectic as the main parts of Hyderabad can be. We have a few desks set up and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. It feels more like a home than a sterile office, which we actually prefer. We do not have a front desk or a receptionist sitting there. If the bell rings, one of us just gets up to see who it is. Usually, it is just a delivery or someone from another branch. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the orders. It is a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. There is no big hierarchy here. We just want to make sure the cement gets delivered correctly.
