So, Ultratech Cement Ltd. is located in Kalburgi Square on the 3rd floor. We are right opposite Vivekanad Hospital, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. Desai Cross is also very close by. It is a pretty active part of town, so there is always something going on outside. Up here on the third floor, we handle the administrative side of things for the most part. It’s a standard office setup, nothing too flashy. We spend a lot of time on the phones and working through the paperwork that comes with moving cement around the region. We have been here for a bit and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The hospital across the way makes it easy to give directions. Usually, we just tell people to look for that and then find the square. It’s a decent place to work from. We aren't a big corporate headquarters, just a local branch office doing our part. We deal with various contractors and suppliers every day. It gets busy, especially during the peak building seasons. We try to stay on top of the orders. Sometimes things get a little chaotic with the files and the phone calls, but we manage. We just like to keep things simple and honest. No need for complicated stuff when you are just trying to get the job done right. We are around most days during normal hours.
