Tanaji Cement

Our place is on Station Road in Deshpande Nagar, which means it is always busy around here. We deal mostly in cement, so as you can imagine, everything has a thin layer of grey dust on it. We stopped trying to keep everything perfectly clean a long time ago because it is just impossible with the bags coming and going. The building itself is simple and functional. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with drivers and making sure the deliveries are on time. It is a lot of heavy lifting, and at the end of the day, our clothes are usually pretty messy. We don't have any fancy displays or a showroom. It is just a warehouse-style setup where we keep the stock dry and ready for whoever needs it. People know us for being straightforward. If we have it, we tell you. If we don't, we tell you that too. The road outside is always loud with cars and people heading to the station, which keeps us on our toes. We have been at this for years and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, but we just keep doing our thing. It is not glamorous work, but it is necessary for all the new buildings going up around Deshpande Nagar. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the bags loaded and moved out.
