If you know Howrah, you know how busy M.C. Ghosh Lane can get. Our office at number 44 is right in the middle of all that noise and energy. M.L.Dalmiya & Co.Ltd has stayed in this spot because it's where everything happens. It’s an old building, the kind with thick walls and high ceilings that stay a bit cooler in the summer. We spend our days dealing with paperwork and coordinating with different sites. Howrah is a tough place to get around sometimes with all the traffic, but we are used to it. We aren't a new startup with bean bags and coffee machines. We have old desks and a lot of history in this part of West Bengal. The tea stall around the corner is basically our second office. We talk to people, handle the accounts, and make sure the logistics are moving. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but we just keep going. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just do it. People come to us because we've been here for a long time and we know the local way of doing things. It’s just us, the lane, and the daily grind of the city. We keep the doors open and the fans running, and we just get on with the day to day.
