Our place is Kridha Foods Llp and you can find us at 43/98C on Dr. Md Shamim Khan Road. This part of Howrah is always busy and there is a lot of energy on the street. We’ve been operating from this address for a bit now. It’s a sturdy building, though it’s seen better days like most things around here. Inside, we have our equipment set up and we spend the whole day making sure things are running. It isn’t a very big space so we have to stay organized or we’d run out of room. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few of us who know the routine. We start by cleaning everything down first thing. There is a lot of paperwork to deal with sometimes, which nobody likes, but it has to be done. We get our supplies delivered right to the front door, which can be a bit of a squeeze when trucks are passing by. The neighbors are friendly enough. We often see the same faces every morning. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or anything. We’d rather just focus on the food we are putting out. Sometimes we stay late when there is a big order to finish. It’s honest work and we like being part of the Howrah community. You can usually find one of us near the entrance if you need anything. It is just a regular local business.
