We are located at J L 25 in Mouza Nowpala. Harden Bricks Pvt. Ltd. is under the Bagnan police station area. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but it’s where the work happens. The site is large because we need the space for the kilns and the storage. It’s not a polished environment. It’s a brick field, so there is mud and smoke and lots of heavy lifting. We are just local people working the land. Most of us grew up around Bagnan. We don't have a corporate office in the city. We stay right here at Mouza Nowpala. The work follows the seasons. Sometimes it’s too wet to do much, other times we are working around the clock. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We make bricks. That’s it. People come to us because they know where we are and they know we’ve been here. It’s a physical job. We aren't sitting at computers all day. We are out in the yard. If you need to find us, just ask for J L 25. Most people in the area know the way. It’s a basic setup, just a couple of small buildings for the staff and the rest is for the bricks. We keep it simple and just focus on the daily tasks. That’s how we like it. We have been doing this for years and we just keep going.
