We are located in Munshidanga, specifically in the Gazi Para area where things are always a bit lively. The office is at Sk Najim’s place and it is a pretty straightforward setup for a food and drink business. Howrah has its own rhythm and we are just a small part of it. Every morning starts with checking the crates and seeing what needs to be moved out. It’s not a corporate office with carpets; it’s more of a working space where things actually get done. We have sacks and boxes piled up near the entrance most of the time. The air smells a bit like whatever we are processing that day. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to say hello because everyone knows everyone in this part of town. We don’t have a fancy marketing department or anything, just us writing down orders in ledgers and making sure the math adds up. It can get a bit hectic when the trucks are trying to navigate the narrow lanes around here, but the drivers are used to it by now. I usually spend my time looking at the inventory or making sure the equipment is clean. It’s a lot of repetitive tasks but that is what keeps the business running. We just focus on getting through the daily list and making sure we don't run out of supplies before the weekend hits.
