You can find S V Foods A Family Restaurant over at the City Centre in Hoshiarpur, right at Shop No-30 and 31. We are situated quite close to the bus stand, so we get a lot of hungry travelers coming through along with the local families. It’s a decent-sized place where we try to keep things moving quickly because people are often in a hurry to catch their next ride. I’ve been working here for a while now, and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We open up, get the kitchen going, and wait for the lunch rush to start. The menu is filled with things that families actually want to eat, nothing too experimental or weird. Since we are in the City Centre, there's always something going on outside, and it gets quite lively. We have a few regular families who come every Sunday without fail, and we’ve gotten to know them pretty well over the years. The chairs are standard, the tables are easy to wipe down, and we try to keep the water glasses full. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit backed up when a large group walks in unexpectedly, but we do what we can to get the food out.
