Nine to nine restaurant

Nine to nine restaurant is located at No 29 on Bassi Purani Road in Hoshiarpur. We are situated near the Bajwara Patha area, which is a fairly quiet part of town compared to the main city center. Our name comes from the idea of being available through the day, though we often stay a bit later if people are still eating. The building is simple and we keep it that way. We don't have any big marketing plans or fancy logos. It’s just a place where you can get a meal without much trouble. The road outside can get a bit dusty, but we keep the inside tidy for our guests. Most of the people who eat here are locals who live nearby or workers passing through the area. We have a small kitchen team that has been with us for a while. We learn what people like and try to keep those things on the menu. It is a very hands-on business. Sometimes the owner is out front serving tables and sometimes they are in the back helping with the prep work. We don't have many employees, so everyone does a bit of everything. It’s just a regular local eatery in Hoshiarpur. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide a decent place for people to sit down and eat their dinner. It is basic but we put effort into every plate.
