Gokul Vaishanu Dhaba

Gokul Vaishanu Dhaba is a small place at Shop No-3, Garhi Gate in Hoshiarpur. We are very close to the Tagore Park Water Tank, which is how most people find us. It is a simple dhaba. We don't have air conditioning or fancy chairs for people. It is just a spot to sit and eat. Being in the 146001 area, we get a lot of local workers and people passing through the gate. We keep the food basic and the service quick because people are usually in a hurry to get somewhere else. The water tank is a good landmark for us. If you see that, you are almost at our door. We spend a lot of time over the stove. It gets hot, especially in the summer months, but that is part of the job. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything is cooked right and the dishes are washed up. We don't really have a big plan or anything like that. We just want to make sure people don't leave here hungry. It is a humble way to earn a living. We have been at the Garhi Gate for a while now and we know most of the other shopkeepers around here. It is a friendly enough spot. If you are looking for a place that feels real and local, that is us. We are just here every day serving anyone who walks in.
