Our school sits right on the Main Road in Kothra, Hoshangabad. You can't miss the building when you're driving through. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but inside the classrooms, things are usually settled. We handle students all the way up to the higher secondary levels. The halls are often busy with older kids rushing to their next period. We've got the standard blackboards and rows of benches in every room. It is a practical place. We don't spend much on decorations, preferring to keep the walls clean and the focus on the books. Sometimes the fans make a bit of noise in the summer heat, but we make do. The staff room is always full of tea cups and piles of notebooks waiting to be checked. We have been at this 289 address for quite some time now, so most people in Hoshangabad know where to find us. Parents stop by the front gate to drop off lunches or ask about exams. It is a bit of a hectic environment, especially during finals week, but that’s just how school life goes. We don't have a huge campus, but we use every bit of space we have for the students. It's just a regular school run by people who live nearby. We focus on the day-to-day work of teaching and making sure the kids show up on time. The gate usually needs a bit of oil, but it works fine for us.
