Start with where we are. Ranipur Road. It's a busy enough spot. We’ve been here in Ward 12 for a while now. The building is just a normal place where the neighborhood kids come every morning. You'll see them walking down from Gouthana or getting dropped off. We try to keep things organized but schools are always a bit noisy, aren't they? The teachers here live mostly nearby. It's a community thing. We have the classrooms set up with the basic stuff they need. Nothing too fancy, just desks and boards. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy, but we manage. We spend our days going through the lessons, making sure everyone is keeping up. It's a lot of work looking after so many different personalities. Some kids are quiet, others can't sit still for five minutes. We just take it one day at a time. The office is usually where you'll find someone if you need to talk about fees or just check on how a student is doing. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Vidhyatri Public School is just us here in Betul doing what needs to be done for the local families. We keep the gates open early so parents can get to work. It’s a simple setup but it works for the people around here. We just focus on the books and making sure the kids stay out of trouble.
