Xtrim Educare. Thakurbati Street in Serampore. A lot of kids around here need extra help. We opened up this place at 71/D. It’s a busy street. Serampore is a tight-knit place. People know each other. We do the OPC thing, which is just a legal way to run it. Mostly, it’s about classes and books. The office has desks and boards. We spend most of our time looking at study materials. Some days it’s quiet, other days it’s packed with students. It gets a bit noisy when the classes end. We don’t try to be fancy. Just a place to learn. Hooghly has a lot of history with schools. We’re just adding a bit to that. The building is an old one, typical for this part of West Bengal. We like it that way. It feels like home. You walk down Thakurbati Street and you’ll find us. We don’t do big ads. Parents just hear about us and bring their children. It’s more of a community thing. No big corporate meetings here. Just teachers and students talking. Sometimes we have tea while we work. The fan makes a bit of noise but it keeps us cool. We just keep doing our thing every day. Serampore is a good place for this. We’re just regular people trying to help out the local kids with their lessons and exams.
