Mahendra

We are located right on Delhi Road in Dankuni, in a place called Kasaigachi. It’s a very busy road with trucks passing by at all hours of the day and night. Mahendra is the name we go by here. Our spot is pretty easy to find if you’re looking for the D.C.C post area. It’s a dusty place because of all the road traffic, but it’s a good location for what we do. We spend a lot of time outside or in the open part of the building. There’s no air conditioning or anything like that, just the breeze from the road if we're lucky. Our days are filled with loading and unloading, or dealing with the logistics of moving things from one place to another. We aren't a big corporation with lots of rules. It’s more of a local operation where everyone knows their job and just gets on with it. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the news while we wait for the next truck to arrive. It’s a simple life, really. We’ve been here in Dankuni for quite some time now and we’ve gotten to know the other business owners along the stretch of Delhi Road. We don't have a big "About Us" story to tell. We just open up, do the work that’s in front of us, and close up when the light fades.
