Upskill Academy Private Limited

You can find us over in Chinsurah, right by the Khadinamore area. We're actually located where the Allahabad Bank ATM is, at Kashinath Koloy's place. It’s a handy landmark because everyone knows where the bank is. Upskill Academy is just a small team of us helping people learn new job skills or just get better at what they already do. The Hooghly area is home for us, so we feel like we’re just helping out our neighbors. The office isn't very large. We have a few rooms set aside for the classes and a small area where we keep the files. It can get pretty loud outside because of the traffic near the ATM, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't use any fancy corporate talk here. We just sit down with the students and go over the material until they get it. Some of the chairs are a bit old, and the desks have some scratches, but they serve their purpose just fine. We keep the kettle going for tea throughout the day. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people walking by or hearing about us from friends. We stay open late most days to accommodate people who are working. It’s just a regular, local training spot for folks in our town.
