Computer Concepts is located over in Prabhakar Colony, right on the Chandigarh Road. We are in the Tohana tehsil, and a good way to find us is by looking for the Modern Retail Shop, as we are quite near that. The colony is a decent place to be, and being on the main Chandigarh Road means there is always someone passing by. Our shop is simple, with a few workbenches and some chairs for people to sit on while they wait. It’s not a high-end showroom by any means. We have piles of spare parts and boxes in the corners because we never know when we might need something. Tohana is a place where word gets around quickly, so we try to be honest with everyone who walks in. We don't use any complicated jargon or try to sell things people don't need. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power flickers, but we just work around it. The neighborhood has a lot of small businesses like ours, so it feels like a community. We’ve been here long enough that the local kids stop by to ask questions about their gadgets. We don’t have a big corporate mission or a fancy office in the city. We just have this shop in Prabhakar Colony where we do our best to stay busy and helpful. Sometimes the rain floods the road outside, but we just put up a barrier and keep working.
