Pankaj Raheja

I am Pankaj Raheja and my place is at 544/13, right by the Bhagat Singh Chowk. It is in the Moh.- Ksaban area of Hisar. If you know the chowk, you know it is a very busy junction with a lot of people passing through at all hours. My shop is situated there and I have been operating from this spot for quite some time now. It is a small space but I make the most of it. I have shelves lining the walls and a counter where I talk to my customers. It is not a modern looking store with glass and lights everywhere. It is just a plain room where I do my daily business. I find that people appreciate a simple approach where they can just walk in and get what they need without any trouble. I handle most of the work alone although sometimes I have a little help when things get really busy. The noise from Bhagat Singh Chowk is something you just learn to ignore after a while. I open up the shutters every morning and stay until the sun goes down. It is a long day but I am used to the routine of it. I don't spend money on marketing because I think if you are there and you do your work properly people will come. I like being part of the local market here in Ksaban. It is just a normal way to earn a living and I have no complaints about it.
