Srm

Srm is based out in Village Anand Gang, which is part of the Sirsa and Dabwali Tahsils area. It’s a rural setting, so things move a bit slower here than they might in a big city. We are surrounded by fields and open space, which is a nice change of pace. The office itself is a simple building, nothing too big or complicated. We have what we need to get the job done, and that’s about it. Most of our days are spent dealing with the practicalities of running a business in a village. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, or the road gets muddy after it rains, but we just deal with those things as they come. We know most of our neighbors, and they know us. It’s the kind of place where you stop to talk to someone for ten minutes while you're supposed to be running an errand. Inside the workspace, things are kept fairly organized, though there's always a bit of clutter from whatever project is currently underway. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. It’s just a few of us handling the daily tasks. We wake up early, get the work started, and try to finish before the evening sets in. It’s a quiet life, but it keeps us busy enough. We’ve been part of this community for a while and like being here.
