Jindal Steel Ltd., Hissar (Haryana)

Our place is at H.N.-1632 in the U.E.-Ii area of Hissar. It’s a pretty standard spot in Haryana, and we’ve been operating out of this building for a while now. Dealing with steel isn’t always the cleanest job, but we make it work here. People usually call us or just drop by the house number if they are nearby. We aren't tucked away in some big industrial park with glass walls. It’s more of a neighborhood vibe where everyone knows everyone else. We spend most of our time looking at spreadsheets or talking to drivers who are bringing in loads. Hissar is a busy place, especially around this part of town, so there is always something going on outside our door. We don't go for those big mission statements you see on posters. We just try to keep the steel moving and handle the paperwork without too much fuss. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it is just us catching up on old records. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. If you need to find us, just look for the 1632 sign. We are usually around during the day, unless we had to step out for a site visit. It is just a regular local business life for us. We just get on with the work and don't make a big deal out of it.
