Our office is over in Hisar, specifically at the D-6 spot within the Jindal Industries Ltd Staff Colony in Model Town. Being in the colony means work and home life kind of blend together for a lot of us. It’s a bit different than working in a big city high-rise. You walk to the office and see your neighbors, which makes the whole place feel more like a community than just a job site. Hisar can get incredibly hot and dusty during the summer months, but we are used to it by now. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We have the usual desks, some cabinets full of old records, and a tea kettle that’s always running. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone trying to sell you something you don’t need. It’s mostly just people who know the industry well and have spent decades doing this. When the sun goes down, the colony gets quiet, and we wrap things up for the day. There’s a certain routine to life here in Haryana that hasn't changed much over the years. We keep things moving, answer the phones, and make sure the logs are kept up to date. It’s a practical way to live and work. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders because we're too busy with the actual tasks at hand. It’s just how we operate at this branch.
