It feels a bit more comfortable than a cold office building. Hisar gets incredibly hot in the summer and then very cold in the winter, so we are always adjusting the heaters or the fans. The street outside is quiet most of the time. You can hear the birds in the morning before the day really starts. We have set up the main room with some long tables for all our paperwork. There is a lot of paper involved in the stainless steel business, more than you would think. The postman comes by around noon every day. He usually has a lot of envelopes for us. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee. The sink leaks just a little bit, so there is always a towel on the floor. It’s not a perfect setup, but it’s ours. The neighbor has a very loud dog that barks at everyone who walks by the gate. You get used to it after a week or two. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist. If the bell rings, someone just shouts for whoever is closest to go and see who it is. It’s a simple way to run things and it keeps us busy.
