Jindal Stainless

Being located at B-5 in the New Staff Colony means we are right in the heart of the Jindal Stainless community in Hisar. It is a bit of a different vibe here because it’s a colony. There are trees and people walking around, and it doesn't feel like a gray industrial area. The office is small and practical. We have some old chairs that are actually quite comfortable even if they look a bit worn out. The light in the afternoons is really bright, so we had to put up some thick curtains. Sometimes they get stuck on the rod. We spend a lot of time talking to the workers and coordinators who live nearby. It makes things move faster when you can just walk over and talk to someone instead of sending an email. The colony is pretty quiet at night, but during the day there is always some activity. We have a shelf full of old ledgers that we probably don't need anymore, but no one wants to throw them away. There is a small radio in the corner that we play sometimes, mostly just for background noise. The floor is made of that old green chips stone, which stays cool in the heat. It’s a very local way of working. We don't have a big sign or fancy lights. Everyone in the colony knows where B-5 is anyway, so we don't really need them.
