We work out of 99 Urbane Estate in Hisar, Haryana. This part of town is a bit newer and more organized, which we really appreciate. The office itself is very basic. We have just enough room for our desks and the shelves we use to store all the company records. We handle different parts of the stainless steel business here, mostly things that require a bit more concentration away from the noisy plant sites. You will not see any big company banners or bright lights outside our door. It is just a regular house number in the estate. The commute is not too bad for most of us, which makes the mornings a bit easier. Our days are filled with looking over invoices and making sure all the supplies are being tracked the right way. It is not the most glamorous work, but it is what keeps everything else running. We have a tiny kitchen where we brew tea throughout the day. From the windows, we can see people in the neighborhood going about their lives, which gives the place a very grounded and local feel. Hisar is such a hub for the steel industry, so it makes sense for us to be right here. We just try to stay on top of our daily tasks and keep the office functioning without making a big deal out of it. It is a very practical and honest way to spend the workday.
