Our shop is at 1-12-56, P Hanumanthappa, in Hindupuram. It’s a local spot that’s been part of the neighborhood for a while now. We open up early, usually just as the town is starting to wake up and the first few buses are rolling through. The building itself is an older one, with some cracks in the plaster and windows that rattle a bit when a heavy truck goes past. Inside, we have everything organized in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to anyone else. There’s always a bit of paperwork to catch up on, usually sitting in a pile on the old wooden table near the back. We don't use a lot of fancy technology here; we prefer doing things the way we always have, with a pen and a ledger. The neighbors often drop by just to say hello or ask about something happening in town. Hindupuram can get quite hot, so we have a ceiling fan that stays on pretty much all day long, spinning away with a bit of a squeak. We take pride in just being here and being reliable for whoever needs us. It’s not about making a big scene or having a huge sign out front. We just do our tasks, handle the daily chores, and make sure the place is locked up tight when we leave at night. It’s a quiet, steady life in this corner of the world.
