Dadi Sanyukt Gramin Producer Companylimited

Down in Hazaribagh district, we started Dadi Sanyukt Gramin Producer Companylimited. We are located in Balsagra, which is part of the Mandu police station area. It’s a rural spot, and that’s exactly where we need to be. We are a gramin company, which means we are all about the village and the people who live here. Most of us grew up in these fields, so we know the soil pretty well. Our office is just a simple building in the village. We don’t have air conditioning or fancy chairs, just a place to meet and organize our farming efforts. Balsagra is a nice enough place, but the roads can get a bit muddy when the monsoon hits. We spend a lot of time figuring out how to get our produce to the markets in Hazaribagh without it getting ruined. It’s a joint effort, like the name Sanyukt says. Everyone chips in where they can. We aren't a corporate office with a bunch of rules; we're more like a big family trying to make the farm work pay off. It’s a lot of long days and sometimes the harvest isn’t what we hoped for, but we keep going. If you come through Mandu and ask for the producer company in Balsagra, someone will point you our way. We’re usually around, either in the office or out back checking on the storage.
