Yatra Travels (Registered Office)

This is our registered office located at Sco-2 on Upper Road, right near Narsingh Bhawan. It’s right in the heart of Haridwar, so there are always crowds of people and lots of noise from the street outside. We handle a lot of the logistical side of travel from this office, especially during the busy Yatra seasons. It’s mostly about managing the paperwork and making sure the drivers know where they are supposed to be. Since we are on Upper Road, we are right in the middle of all the daily action. The office itself is quite simple and a bit old-fashioned. We have some desks and plenty of files stacked up. We deal with all sorts of bookings, from private cars to larger groups heading out to the shrines. It can get pretty frantic when the season is at its peak, and we are usually juggling several things at once. We’ve been here for many years and have seen the city change quite a bit. We try to give people very practical advice about their journeys because the mountain roads can be difficult if you aren't prepared. We don't use any fancy talk; we just give you the facts about the weather and the traffic conditions. It is a small, busy operation, but we’ve been doing this long enough to know how to handle the chaos that comes with the job.
