We’ve been over here at 2 Sarvpriya Vihar for a good while now. It’s a quiet enough spot near Satikund in Khankhal, which most people around here know pretty well. Our office isn’t anything fancy, just a place where we sit down with folks to figure out their travel plans. Usually, the day starts with a lot of phone calls and checking schedules for trains or flights. You can hear the sounds of the street outside, and sometimes it gets a bit crowded when people are heading down to the ghats. We know the roads around Haridwar like the back of our hands because we’ve lived here forever. If someone wants to go up into the hills or just needs a car to get across town, we handle it. It’s mostly just us keeping track of who needs to be where. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in this line of work, more than you’d think. We spend a lot of time on the computer looking at maps and booking sites. Sometimes people just drop in to ask for directions or see what the best way to get to the next city is. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who understand how travel works in this part of India. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down over the water.
