We operate out of House No 4 in the Bhairav Akhara area of Haridwar. It’s not a commercial building or a big office block, just a regular house where we run Apnaguide.In. This part of town, with the 249401 pin code, has a lot of history and old buildings. We like it here because it feels like the real Haridwar, away from the glass-and-steel look of newer places. Our day usually starts early with a lot of messages and calls from people wanting to know how to get around the city or the hills. Since we are a small group, we handle everything ourselves. We don't have fancy departments or managers. If you call, you’re just talking to one of us. We know the narrow lanes of Bhairav Akhara very well. Sometimes it’s hard for people to find the house the first time, but once they do, they usually just sit down and we talk through their travel plans over some water or tea. We don’t put on an act or try to sound like a big travel agency. We are just local people who have lived here long enough to know the shortcuts and the best times to avoid the traffic. The work is steady, and we prefer it that way. We just want to make sure the people who use our services get to their destination safely. It's a simple life running a business from a house.
