Shriram Tour & Travels

We are Shriram Tour & Travels, and our office is in the Bhaskar Hotel building. It is right opposite the railway station and very close to the Shiv Murti. It is a very busy area, but that makes it easy for people to find us. We have been doing this for quite some time now. Most of our day is spent talking to travelers who have just arrived in Haridwar. They are often tired and just want a simple way to get to their hotel or the next town. We try to make that happen without any fuss. We are not a large company with a lot of rules. It is more of a family-style operation here. We know the drivers well and we know which cars are best for which roads. The Bhaskar Hotel building is a landmark around here, so we get a lot of walk-ins. We don't spend money on big ads. We just try to do a decent job so people tell their friends about us. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded with people waiting, but we have some chairs and we try to keep everyone informed. It is just about being honest and getting the work done. We like the energy of being near the station. There is always someone with a new story to tell or a place they want to see. We just keep the registers updated and make sure the keys are ready for the next trip out.
