Shri Om Tour & Travels

We have been running Shri Om Tour & Travels for a long time now. Our office is in Kankhal, Haridwar, right near the PNB bank. It’s a busy little spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to the bank or heading out to the ghats. We mostly deal with taxi bookings and local sightseeing. Haridwar is a crowded place, and Kankhal has these narrow lanes that can be a real headache if you don't know them. We’ve lived here all our lives, so we know which turns to take to avoid the worst traffic. It’s not a big fancy office with air conditioning and leather chairs. It’s just a simple room where we sit and take calls. We have a few cars and a handful of drivers we trust. Sometimes the phones don’t stop ringing, and other times we just sit and have tea while waiting for the next person to walk in. We don't do much in the way of marketing or big signs. People usually find us because we are near the bank. It's practical and it works for us. We just try to make sure the cars show up on time and the drivers know where they are going.
