We are located right at Ranipur More, very close to the Chandracharya Chowk in Haridwar. It is a very busy area with cars and rickshaws going in every direction. Our office is a bit unusual because we handle both travel arrangements and property matters. You might think those don't go together, but in a city like this, people who come to visit often end up looking for a small place to stay or a bit of land, so we help with both. It’s a family-run business and we’ve been in this same spot for a long time now. We aren't big city brokers; we just know the local area and the people who live here. The office is often full of papers and we are usually busy on the phone either talking to drivers or checking on property listings. It can get a bit hectic, especially when the traffic at the Chowk is backed up, but we are used to it. We try to give practical advice to anyone who walks in. If a piece of land has issues or a certain road is blocked, we will tell you straight. We don't have any flashy signs or a marketing team. Most people find us just by walking past or because their neighbors told them about us. It is just honest work, and we try to do it as well as we can every day.
