Nirmal Tour And Travels is based out of Sewak Niwas on Sanyas Road in Kankhal. If you know the area, we are near the water tank and the Shankaracharya Chowk. Kankhal is a bit quieter than the main Haridwar center, which we quite like. It has more of an old-town feel to it. Our office is in a traditional-style building. We’ve been here for years, and most people in the neighborhood know where Sewak Niwas is. We spend most of our time coordinating travel for people who want to see the temples around Kankhal or head further out. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just a few of us here. We handle the bookings ourselves. The water tank is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us for the first time. Sometimes we sit outside when the weather is nice. We talk to the locals and the visitors who wander into this part of town. Our work isn't complicated. We just make sure there’s a car and a driver ready when someone needs one. We keep our records in big books and on the computer. It’s a bit of a mix of old and new ways. Sanyas Road is a busy little stretch, but we've got our routine down. We just keep things running from our corner of Kankhal and try to stay on top of all the local travel requests.
