You can find us at 632, Civil Line in Roorkee. This part of town is a bit more organized than others, but it still has its own rhythm. We've been based here for several years. It started out as a small idea and now we have a few vehicles that we manage. The office isn't anything to brag about, just a functional space where we meet clients and settle the accounts. Most of the people who come to us are looking for a way to get to the airport or to go on a pilgrimage. We spend a lot of time coordinating with the drivers and making sure they know where they are going. Roorkee is a transit point for many, so we see a lot of different faces. We aren't big on marketing or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door in Civil Line. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to do everything by hand in the old registers. It’s a bit traditional, but it works for us. We try to be fair and just do our job without making a big fuss. It’s a lot of work keeping track of schedules, but after a while, you get used to the pace of it all. We usually close up around eight unless there's some kind of emergency that needs our attention.
