Joshi Tourist Transport Service is out in the Bhagwan Pur area of Roorkee. We've been doing this for a long time. It’s a family-run thing mostly. We have our own vehicles and we manage the bookings ourselves from our little office. Bhagwan Pur is a bit away from the main center, but it’s a good spot for us. We handle a lot of transport for local factories and also for people who need to travel for personal reasons. It’s not a shiny office with glass walls. It’s just a place where we keep the keys and the logbooks. My cousins often help out with the driving when things get busy. We spend most of our day making sure the cars are clean and the fuel tanks are full. People around here know us by name, which is how we like it. We don't use any big words or fancy brochures. If you need a car, you just tell us when and where. Sometimes we have to deal with breakdowns or flat tires, but that’s just part of the transport life. We just keep going, day after day, making sure we do what we said we would do. It’s a practical business for practical people who just need to get moving. We don't mind the long hours as long as the work keeps coming in and the cars are running.
