Naivedhya Tour And Travels

Our office, Naivedhya Tour And Travels, is located right by Harki Padi, very close to the Vaishno Mata Mandir. Being in such a busy, spiritual spot means we see all kinds of people every single day. Some are here for a quick visit, while others are planning long journeys into the mountains. Our space is small, mostly filled with maps, some old posters of different temples, and a couple of desks where we sit and talk to travelers. It’s almost always noisy outside with the bells ringing and people chanting or just the general crowd moving toward the water. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking bus schedules or talking to hotel owners in other towns. It’s not a fancy corporate travel agency with uniform-wearing staff. We’re just local people who know the roads and the best times to travel. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to write things down in a big ledger book instead of using the computer. We offer advice on where to go and how to get there without spending too much. The shop gets quite warm in the summer, but we have a small fan that helps. We’ve been here at Harki Padi for quite a while, watching the seasons change and the pilgrims come and go. It’s a busy way to live, but we like being in the middle of it all. We generally stay open until the evening crowds thin out a bit.
