Sky Tour Travels

Sky Tour Travels is at Shop No 1 in Gokul Dham, Bhupatwala. We have a small office where we help people with their travel plans. A lot of the people who come to us are pilgrims visiting Haridwar and the nearby areas. We book cars and help them find guesthouses. It’s not a very big shop, just enough for a couple of desks and some chairs for customers. We don't have any fancy websites or anything like that. Most people just walk in off the street in Bhupatwala. It gets very busy during the festival seasons and we sometimes work very long hours to make sure everyone gets where they need to go. The walls of the shop are a bit bare, maybe a map or two. We try to be honest with people about how long a trip will take because the mountain roads can be tricky. Sometimes drivers cancel at the last minute and we have to find a replacement quickly, which can be a bit of a headache. We aren't a giant travel agency. We are just local people who know the area well and want to help others see it. We usually have a pot of tea going and we’re happy to sit and chat about the best routes. It’s a simple life and a simple business, right here in Gokul Dham.
