Gitanjali Tour Travels

Gitanjali Tour Travels is located right in Shop Number 1 inside the Hotel Aditya Deluxe. We are very close to Vishnu Ghat, which means we see a huge number of pilgrims and tourists every single day of the week. The whole area is always alive with people coming down to the water for prayers. We started this travel shop because we saw how many people were arriving and had no idea how to get to the next temple or find a car for a long journey. It is a small shop, but we keep it very busy. We spend our time booking bus tickets and talking to different drivers on the phone. Since we are right by the ghat, we get people walking in at all hours of the day asking for directions or a ride to the railway station. We do not have a big corporate setup with lots of employees. It is just us sitting at the desk, making calls and writing out receipts by hand. We know the local routes well and which roads are going to be blocked during the big religious festivals. It can get pretty hectic when there is a major event at the ghat, but we manage to get through it. We just try to help people have a smooth trip without any extra stress while they are visiting.
