We are set up in Sector 2 of Navjeevanvihar, right near the NTPC pump house. It’s Ward 31, if you’re looking at the maps. Being near the pump house means there is always some noise or some utility work going on nearby. It isn't a quiet residential street. We make different kinds of eatables here. The facility is simple and built for work, not for looking pretty. We have a lot of stainless steel tables and heavy machinery that we use all day. It gets hot inside when everything is running, so we keep the doors open as much as we can. We don't have a big corporate story to tell. We just started making food products because there was a demand for them in this part of town. Our team is small, mostly people from the local area who walk or bike to work. We spend our time checking weights and making sure the packaging is sealed right. If something breaks, we usually fix it ourselves. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. It’s just food production in an industrial part of the city. We focus on getting the orders out on time so the trucks can get back on the road. It's a lot of repetitive work, but it pays the bills and keeps us going.
