Garhwal Food is right on the Main Road in Haridwar. Specifically, we are at Chandrya Chraya Chowk in the 249401 area. It’s a very busy part of town with lots of traffic and people walking by. We’ve been here at this location for a while now. It’s a simple place where we cook and serve. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us working together. Haridwar 249401 is where we’ve set up shop and we don't plan on moving. The Main Road can get pretty noisy during the day but we’ve gotten used to it. We handle all the cooking and cleaning ourselves. It’s hard work and the days are long. We don't have any fancy signs or advertisements. People mostly find Garhwal Food because they are passing through Chandrya Chraya Chowk. We try to keep the place tidy but it’s an old building. Some days are better than others depending on the crowd. We aren't part of any large company. It’s just a local spot for people who are hungry. We buy what we need from the local markets nearby. We’ve seen many businesses in Haridwar change over the years, but we’re still here on the Main Road. It’s just a practical way to make a living for us. If you’re near the chowk, you can see us there working away.
