Tectico Tech Private Limited is tucked away at 78 Baberu. We’re right off the Mishraatarra Road, and if you’re looking for us, you just look for the S/O R P Mishraatarra Road area. It’s a local operation through and through. We don't have a big HR department or a fleet of cars. It is just a handful of us working on tech stuff in a part of the world that most people don't think about for software. Baberu is home for us, and we like it that way. The pace is slower than the big cities, which is nice because it lets us actually concentrate. Most of the time, the office is pretty quiet except for the sound of typing and maybe some music playing in the background. We know the neighbors, and they know what we do, even if they don't always understand the technical bits. We started this place because we wanted to do something local. It isn't always easy getting supplies or finding specific parts, but we make it work with what we have. Our desks are a bit messy, and there are cables everywhere, but we know where everything is. If you come by, you’ll probably find someone drinking tea and staring at a monitor. It’s honest work, and we are glad to be doing it here in our own town instead of moving away to a big hub. We stick to our schedules and try to keep things simple for everyone involved.
