Ayuesh & Vir Enterprises

Our business, Ayuesh & Vir Enterprises, is located in Vpo-Samirpur. That is in the Bhoranj Tehsil within Hamirpur district. It’s a beautiful area, very different from the big cities. The air is cleaner and things move at a much slower pace here. We operate out of a modest building in the village. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so they just walk or take a short scooter ride to get to the office. We handle a variety of local tasks and supply things that the community needs. It’s not a fancy setup at all. We have some wooden tables and old filing cabinets that have seen better days. The power can be a bit unreliable when it rains heavily in the hills, so we keep some candles and torches handy. We know everyone in Samirpur and they know us. If someone has a question, they just walk in and ask. We don't really have a reception desk or a formal waiting area. You just come in and talk to whoever is free. It’s a simple way of doing business that works for a place like this. We are just part of the village fabric, trying to earn a living and help out where we can. There is no point in being corporate about it when you're working in the same place where you grew up and still live today.
