We’ve been working out of House No. 019508 here in Vikas Nagar for a while now. Most people know the area as Amanpur or Chakmali. It’s a quiet spot in Banda, nothing fancy, just a regular place where we handle software stuff day to day. Kamadgiri Software Solutions Private started because there was a need for some technical help around here. We aren't a big office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a few of us at the desk, looking at screens and trying to figure things out for the people who come to us. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We keep our tools ready and just get to work when we arrive in the morning. If you are walking through Chakmali, you might see the building near the residential blocks. It’s pretty easy to find once you get into the rhythm of the neighborhood. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or making things look corporate. We just focus on the code and the computers. It’s mostly about getting the job done so we can head home to our families at the end of the shift. We’ve stayed in this Banda location because it’s where we live and where we started. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what we do.
